TDC heads to Snetterton....

16 June 2022

Snetterton’s 300 Circuit will host round four of Trackday Championship’s 2022 season, on July 2nd 2022. Following an exhilarating opening three rounds this year, there’s a keen sense of intrigue to see how round four will unfold.

The popular 300 circuit configuration was designed by Jonathan Palmer and inspired by a number of the world’s leading motor racing venues, meaning the layout blends a challenging and complex sequence of fast straights and tight corners - offering TDC competitors a unique and tricky test. The circuit is renowned within UK motorsport and hosts a variety of prestigious events on both two and four wheels, such as: British Touring Car, British Superbikes and British GT Championship.

The thrilling technical infield section, containing the likes of: Agostini, Hamilton and Oggies will test car and driver performance alike, while the long Bentley and Senna Straights will provide good opportunity to line championship rivals up for an overtake. Throughout the season thus far there have been countless battles between competitors in all classes and we expect the Norfolk track to provide the perfect platform for this to continue.

After Tylah Motorsport’s John Lyne picked up victory in the opening two rounds of the season, it was Unique Racing’s Adrian Pottinger who secured the overall top step last time out with a sterling drive from pole position. Pro AM’s Dunster/Kemp and Fiesta_ClubRacer’s Wright/Glover will also be hoping to replicate their strong Anglesey performances, which earned them the Class C and Class D wins respectively.

There will be plenty of competition for the podium places again at Snetterton and we can’t wait – bring it on!
